I’ve been sporting a black eye this week…a story for another day. However, it was nothing compared to this guy.
This is Ru and I spotted him shortly after his shiner was fresh and asked him if I could take his portrait. When he agreed, I said let’s leave it a few days, as it’ll be more colourful.
Sure enough, when he turned up at the studio 3 days later, it was perfectly ripe for photographing.
